The unified electronic platform for surveying public and government entities, 'Istitlaa', under the Saudi Center for Competitiveness and Business, has launched 60 projects related to economic and developmental affairs, in cooperation with 19 government entities, to enable stakeholders to provide feedback and suggestions before they are approved.

The projects on the platform include the 'Controls for Implementing the National Enterprise Architecture' project, launched by the Digital Government Authority, aimed at enabling government entities to adopt and activate enterprise architecture practices, improve efficiency, and enhance governance. The survey for this project ends on August 14, 2026.

Emphasizing the importance of achieving a secure and reliable Saudi cyberspace that enables growth and prosperity, the National Cybersecurity Authority launched the 'Updates to the Saudi Framework for Higher Education in Cybersecurity (Cyber-Education)' project, to contribute to setting minimum requirements for curricula of higher education programs in cybersecurity. The survey for this project ends on August 14, 2026.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Sports launched the 'Sports Clubs Regulations' project to regulate the establishment of sports clubs, governance of their administrative and executive bodies, membership acquisition, election of board members, club sports tasks, arrangement of internal administrative, financial, and operational affairs, and provisions for merger, separation, and dissolution. The survey for this project ends on August 16, 2026.

The launch of draft regulations, bylaws, and similar projects via the 'Istitlaa' platform underscores the commitment to enhancing transparency in the legislative environment, promoting a culture of consultation among the public, government entities, and the private sector, and involving them in shaping projects related to the business environment.
