The unified electronic platform for surveying public and government entities' opinions, 'Isttila', affiliated with the Saudi Center for Competitiveness and Business, launched (60) projects related to economic and developmental affairs, in cooperation with (19) government entities; to enable stakeholders to express their views and proposals on them before they are approved.

The projects on the platform included the project 'Controls for Applying the National Institutional Architecture,' launched by the Digital Government Authority; with the aim of enabling government entities to adopt and activate the practice of institutional architecture, raise its efficiency, and enhance its governance. The survey on the project ends on August 14, 2026.

Emphasizing the importance of reaching a safe and reliable Saudi cyber space that enables growth and prosperity, the National Cybersecurity Authority launched the project 'Updates to the Saudi Framework for Higher Education in Cybersecurity (Cyber-Education)'; to contribute to setting minimum requirements for study plans for higher education programs in cybersecurity. The survey on the project ends on August 14, 2026.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Sports launched the project 'Regulation of Sports Clubs' to regulate the establishment of sports clubs, governance of their administrative and executive bodies, obtaining membership, election of board members, sports club tasks, arrangement of internal administrative, financial, and operational affairs, and provisions for merger, separation, and dissolution. The survey on the project ends on August 16, 2026.

The introduction of projects of regulations, bylaws, and the like through the 'Isttila' platform comes as an affirmation of enhancing transparency in the legislative environment, spreading a culture of surveying among the public, government entities, and the private sector, and involving them in drafting projects related to the business environment.
