The total number of beneficiaries of the association's services during this period reached 112,358, while the total services provided exceeded 126,466, reflecting the expansion of the association's work and its reach to various segments of society.
The association recorded high performance indicators in service quality, with an average response rate of 98% through the Beneficiary Care Center, a complaint resolution rate of 98%, and a stakeholder satisfaction rate of 96%.
On the Arab level, the association won the Arab Family Technological Innovation Award presented by the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, nominated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, for the "Al-A'ila" platform, which offers innovative digital solutions in training, guidance, family counseling, psychological assessments, and awareness content.
In the context of economic empowerment, the association distributed 82 housing units under the "Mukarramah" program during the first half of 2026, aiming to enhance residential stability for the most needy families.
The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Mawaddah Family Development Association, Zuhair bin Ali Al-Marhoomi, affirmed that these achievements reflect the association's continued implementation of its developmental mission according to an institutional vision based on quality, innovation, and sustainability, noting that winning the Arab award confirms Al-Mawaddah's status as a leading national model in developing family solutions.
Al-Marhoomi added that the association is continuing to develop its programs and services, invest in digital and developmental solutions, and expand economic and social empowerment programs, contributing to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and enhancing family quality of life.
