Agriculture Ministry Announces New Investment Opportunities to Support Livestock Sector
Opportunities to develop and improve red meat production and horse breeding in large areas in Rafha and Buraidah.
The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture announced the launch of development and investment opportunities in several regions of the Kingdom, aiming to support the livestock sector and enhance cooperation with the private sector.
The ministry clarified that the opportunities include a project for breeding, fattening, and producing red meat in Rafha Governorate in the Northern Borders Region, on a total area of 20,000 square meters. The ministry set September 27, 2026, as the deadline for receiving proposals for this project.
In the same context, the ministry offered an investment opportunity for horse breeding and production in Buraidah city in the Qassim Region, with a total area of 2,774,236 square meters, with the deadline for receiving proposals for this project being August 31, 2026.
These initiatives aim to contribute to achieving self-sufficiency in red meat, support the livestock sector, as well as enhance partnership with the private sector in the Kingdom.
The ministry invited interested parties to view the details of investment opportunities and apply through the dedicated electronic platform.
