Riyadh's position on linking the deal to normalization

In the same context, Al Sharq Bloomberg reported, citing a knowledgeable source, that US President Donald Trump's announcement linking the implementation of the nuclear deal with the Kingdom to normalizing relations with Israel was not coordinated in advance with Saudi Arabia.

The source, who preferred not to be identified, added that Riyadh was not aware in advance of Trump's intention to link the nuclear file to relations with Israel.
