The Passports noted that a fine of 500 riyals is imposed for delaying the issuance of a resident ID (Iqama) after 90 days from the date of entry.

This came in response to a follower's inquiry: 'Hello, I have a domestic worker whose residency expired today, and I have not issued the residency. Is there a grace period to extract the residency? Or is the fine imposed immediately from the first day?'
