The General Directorate of Passports announced that the resident ID renewal service is available electronically for those outside the Kingdom through the 'Absher' platform, and the service includes residents' dependents and domestic workers.

The directorate explained that the renewal of domestic workers' ID is done according to the following steps: logging into the 'Absher' platform, then selecting labor services, then resident services, and selecting the beneficiary, up to completing the resident ID renewal request.

It added that the steps for renewing the ID of dependents begin with logging into the platform, then selecting family members services, then resident services, and selecting the beneficiary, and completing the renewal request according to the approved terms and conditions.
