His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, reviewed the achievements and initiatives of the Human Resources Development Fund in the region, 'Hadaf', during his reception at his office at the Emirate Diwan today, Sunday, of the Fund's Director, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Yousef, accompanied by a number of officials.

His Highness the Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province emphasized the importance of continuing efforts aimed at empowering national cadres and raising their efficiency, contributing to enhancing employment opportunities, supporting development, and achieving the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.
