Eastern Province Governor Reviews Future Plans for Road User Safety

His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, received at the Emirate Palace the Commander of the Special Forces for Road Security in the Eastern Province, Brigadier General Abdullah Al-Obaid, accompanied by members of the Special Forces for Road Security in the region. He reviewed achievement reports and implemented projects, as well as future plans aimed at enhancing the safety of road users in the region's cities and governorates.
His Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province praised the security and humanitarian efforts exerted by the Special Forces for Road Security in performing their duties, contributing to enhancing security and reassurance on the roads. He stressed the importance of continuing to develop the road security system, raising its readiness, and benefiting from modern technologies to enhance traffic safety and protect road users. His Highness also indicated that the Eastern Province achieved first place in traffic safety across the Kingdom.
