Issa Al-Khater - Dammam:

His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, received at his office in the Emirate Diwan the commander of the Special Force for Environmental Security in the Eastern Province, Colonel Ahmed bin Othman Al-Othman, who presented to His Highness the annual report of the force's work in the region.

His Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province emphasized the importance of the efforts made by the Special Force for Environmental Security in protecting the environment and preserving natural resources, and enhancing compliance with regulations and instructions, thereby contributing to safeguarding environmental gains and supporting sustainable development goals.

Colonel Al-Othman presented to His Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province an overview of the most prominent works and tasks of the Special Force for Environmental Security in the Eastern Province, and what the report included of field and supervisory efforts to reduce environmental violations, in addition to awareness initiatives and programs aimed at raising the level of environmental awareness and enhancing partnership with relevant authorities.

Colonel Al-Othman expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province for his support and attention, stressing that this support is a motivation to continue working efficiently and to enhance efforts aimed at protecting the environment and preserving its natural resources.
