Riyadh, 29 Muharram 1448 AH, corresponding to July 14, 2026, SPA – The Roads General Authority obtained the international ISO certification in project management (ISO 21502:2020) as a result of its application of best global practices in managing road network projects. The 'Roads Authority' explained that this achievement reflects its commitment to applying local and international quality standards, which contributes to ensuring performance sustainability and achieving satisfaction of road users outside urban areas, noting that obtaining the certification enhances its efforts to raise the efficiency of road project management, improve the quality of construction work, and support implementation according to the highest global standards and specifications, thereby consolidating its role as an oversight and regulatory body for the road network in the Kingdom, and supporting the achievement of the objectives of the road sector program centered on quality.
