The Fashion Commission, with support from the Cultural Policy Lab at the Ministry of Culture, launched the "Guide to Contracts and Agreements between Fashion Models, Fashion Agents, and Fashion Designers," in a step aimed at enhancing professional practices in the fashion sector, supporting a clear and organized working environment for all parties working in the sector, and establishing professional work standards that keep pace with the development of the fashion sector in the Kingdom.

The guide provides proposed templates that organize the professional relationship between fashion models, fashion agents, and fashion designers, contributing to raising awareness of contractual rights, duties, and responsibilities, and ensuring that all parties understand the components of basic agreements, including working hours, professional requirements, mechanisms for protecting rights, age considerations, in addition to clauses related to the use of images and content, and mutual professional obligations between the parties.
