Integrated system to serve the guests of the Most Merciful around the clock

The "Nusk Care" centers represent the field interface of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in providing direct services to pilgrims, through an integrated system of services including guiding lost persons, answering inquiries and complaints, receiving missing persons reports, and supporting the "Nusk" and "Tawakkalna" applications, thereby enriching the experience of Hajj and Umrah performers and achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guests of the Most Merciful program.

The ministry stated that the "Nusk Care" centers are spread across Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah, in addition to the holy sites during the Hajj season and locations with high densities of pilgrims. They operate around the clock, staffed by qualified national personnel who speak multiple languages, including sign language, and are integrated with government entities, the private sector, and the non-profit sector, enhancing service quality and responsiveness to beneficiaries' needs.

It added that the centers offer a wide range of services for individuals and businesses. For individuals, services include guidance and direction, answering inquiries, receiving complaints, handling missing persons cases, and supporting beneficiaries in using the "Nusk" and "Tawakkalna" applications, in addition to enrichment services. For businesses, located at the ministry's headquarters, services include accrediting housing service providers and receiving their inquiries, to enhance integration among various parties of the pilgrims' service system.

The ministry noted that during the Hajj season of 1447 AH, the "Nusk Care" centers provided over 600,000 services through 41 centers, including more than 297,000 enrichment services, over 193,000 guidance services, more than 53,000 inquiry services, over 34,000 services related to the "Nusk" application, more than 5,000 health services, and 281 services dedicated to the business sector, reflecting the diversity of services offered to meet the needs of pilgrims at various stages of their journey.

During the Hajj season of 1447 AH, the "Nusk Care" centers implemented several development initiatives, including qualifying human resources, developing the unified guidance system, improving the operational readiness of the centers, expanding cooperation with partner entities, and implementing health awareness programs, with the aim of raising performance efficiency and enhancing the quality of services provided to pilgrims.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah affirmed that the "Nusk Care" centers continue to develop their services and raise their operational readiness by qualifying human resources, expanding partnerships, and developing digital systems and services. This aims to enhance the quality of services provided to pilgrims and improve their experience from their arrival in the Kingdom until their departure.
