Islamic Affairs Ministry Ready to Welcome First Batch of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Umrah Guests for 1448 AH
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has completed all its preparations to receive the first batch of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Guests for Umrah and Visit Program for the year 1448 AH, as they are scheduled to arrive in Medina next Wednesday.
It added that the program comes after the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God preserve him - to host 1,000 male and female pilgrims at his own expense, and they will be received in four groups throughout the year.
In the same context, the ministry has prepared a diverse program for the guests during their stay in Medina, including visits to a number of sites and museums related to the Prophet's biography and Islamic civilization, before their move to Mecca to perform the Umrah rituals.
