He did not assume the first ministerial post (Energy) except through gradual practice in its various positions, and thus he may be the only minister who possesses all information about his ministry and its employees in all their affairs.

We know him, and we know his career and biography without searching in modern search tools, and we know more about him through his association with people, his kindness to both young and old, his generosity, and his pleasant companionship.

If he speaks seriously, he warms the heart; if he jokes, he smiles and touches the heart.

He graduated from his father's school, where seriousness is for serious times, and gentleness is for outings and socializing, as Imam Al-Shafi'i - may God have mercy on him - said: 'It is not chivalry to be polite in the garden.'

Meaning that a person's demeanor with his family, friends, and those he meets among his loved ones is not the same as his demeanor at work, in the mosque, and places of learning.

A person who is always the same finds no one who inclines to him or enjoys his company, for the human soul is created to love recreation.

The most famous person known by the title 'Holder of Two Ministries' is Lisan al-Din ibn al-Khatib - may God have mercy on him - and that is his title; otherwise, he is Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Saeed bin Abdullah bin Saeed bin Ali bin Ahmad al-Salmani al-Khatib, and he was one of the ministers of the Nasrid dynasty in Andalusia (713 - 776 AH).

Our minister today, the holder of two ministries, is Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy and Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, for whom a recent royal decree was issued assigning His Highness responsibility for those two giant ministries that impact our national economy. Their affairs are not beyond His Highness's capabilities, for he led the world's energy during its most severe crises, achieving oil stability that the world had only dreamed of.

The far-sighted view of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman - may God protect them - and entrusting His Highness Prince Abdulaziz with those weighty files is nothing but placing the right man in the right place, and we believe His Highness is that man.

Energy is economics and politics, and industry is economics and national development. Therefore, managing them requires sound judgment and far-sighted vision, and they do not tolerate experimentation or risk. His Highness possesses these qualities.

We ask God to grant His Highness support and success in this great mission.
