The Ministry of Commerce published the name of Abdullah Saeed Shalan Al-Ghamdi, holder of national identity number ending in (1249XXXXXX), after a judicial ruling from the Criminal Court in Riyadh convicted him of committing the crime of cover-up in the activity of agricultural nurseries.

The Ministry seized physical evidence proving the defendant's involvement in violating the Anti-Cover-up Law, and his receipt of money in exchange for enabling the covered person to practice a commercial activity that he was not licensed to practice.

The Ministry published the text of the judicial ruling, which included convicting the defendant of violating the Anti-Cover-up Law, sentencing him to three months in prison, fining him 50,000 riyals, and publishing a summary of the ruling at his expense.
