The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has called on Umrah performers and visitors to adhere to the designated use of Zamzam water containers within the Two Holy Mosques, stressing that these containers are for drinking only and nothing else.

The Ministry explained in an awareness message as part of its electronic campaign #Coming_For_Umrah? that Zamzam containers are not intended for ablution or filling bottles, indicating that adhering to proper use helps facilitate the service for all guests of the Most Merciful, especially in high-density areas within the Two Holy Mosques.

The Ministry stressed that maintaining Zamzam facilities and services reflects the awareness of visitors and Umrah performers, and aids in the smoothness and organization of the service, ensuring it reaches everyone.
