The National Water Company has completed the implementation of water networks in centers affiliated with Shanin Governorate in the Hail Region, which will serve the centers of Al-Mutrifiyah and the village of Ri' Taqrib in the governorate. The company confirmed that the implemented project aims to raise the operational efficiency of the water sector and improve infrastructure services. It will also contribute to achieving water savings and increasing coverage rates in unserved neighborhoods, as part of its strategic plans for implementing infrastructure projects and progressing at an advanced pace toward achieving sustainability and improving quality of life in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030. The company explained that the project included the implementation of water networks with lengths exceeding 21 kilometers, providing service to more than 857 beneficiaries, and executing 175 connections. It pointed out that it has started receiving customer requests from the centers of Al-Mutrifiyah and the village of Ri' Taqrib for service connection via its electronic portal e.nwc.com.sa and its digital channels, emphasizing the necessity of attaching all documents and entering the required data to complete the request.
