The National Water Company has completed the implementation of a water network project in several centers under the Shanan Governorate in the Hail region, with a total length exceeding 21 kilometers, contributing to the provision of service to more than 857 beneficiaries, as part of its efforts to develop the water sector infrastructure and improve service efficiency.
The company explained that the project serves the Al-Mutrafiyah center and the village of Riya Taqrib, and included the implementation of 175 water connections, which enhances coverage ratios in unserved neighborhoods, raises network efficiency, and contributes to water savings and improving the level of services provided to beneficiaries.

It confirmed that the project comes within its strategic plans aimed at developing the water sector infrastructure, achieving sustainability, and improving quality of life, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. The company also indicated that it has started receiving service connection requests for beneficiaries in Al-Mutrafiyah center and Riya Taqrib village through its electronic branch and digital channels, calling on customers to complete the applications by attaching the required documents and entering the necessary data to ensure speedy service completion.
