His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz conveyed the condolences and sympathy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister - may God preserve them - to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, on the death of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani - may God have mercy on him.

This came during the reception by His Highness the Emir of Qatar and His Deputy His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, the sons of the deceased and members of the Al Thani family, at Lusail Palace in the capital Doha yesterday, of His Highness Prince Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz and the accompanying delegation, including His Royal Highness Prince Mishal bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Sports, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Ahsa, His Highness Prince Fahd bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, Vice President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, His Royal Highness Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the National Guard, and His Royal Highness Prince Rakan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Diriyah.

His Highness Prince Turki bin Faisal and their Royal Highnesses the princes prayed to God Almighty to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy, forgiveness, and pleasure, and to grant him a spacious place in His paradise.

The reception was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Saad bin Mansour bin Saad, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the State of Qatar.
