Number: A/26 Date: 26/1/1448 AH With the help of God Almighty, We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, After reviewing the Basic Law of Governance, issued by Royal Order No. A/90 dated 27/8/1412 AH. After reviewing the Law of Ministers, Deputy Ministers, and Employees of Excellent Rank, issued by Royal Decree No. M/10 dated 18/3/1391 AH. After reviewing the Saudi Central Bank Law, issued by Royal Decree No. M/36 dated 11/4/1442 AH. After reviewing Royal Order No. A/14 dated 3/3/1414 AH. Order the following: First: Mr. Talal bin Fuad bin Ahmed Al-Hamoud is appointed as Deputy Governor of the Saudi Central Bank for Technical Affairs with the rank of Excellent.
