The Saudi Media Forum announced today the opening of registration for the third edition of the Media Innovation Bootcamp (Saudi MIB), one of the most prominent media business incubators and accelerators initiatives, in preparation for its launch within the activities of the Saudi Media Forum 2027 with a new global identity.

The head of the Saudi Media Forum, Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Harthi, explained that the Media Innovation Bootcamp has become a leading national platform for discovering and empowering media talents, and transforming creative ideas into media projects that are sustainable and capable of growth. He pointed out that the third edition represents a new phase in the bootcamp's journey by expanding participation, enhancing strategic partnerships, and leveraging the latest artificial intelligence applications in developing the media industry.

He added that the initiative was launched with the inauguration of His Excellency the Minister of Media, Mr. Salman bin Yousef Al-Dosari, and His Excellency the President of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi, within the activities of the Saudi Media Forum, and continues its journey today as one of the most prominent national initiatives specialized in media innovation.

Tracks and Programs of the Third Edition For its part, the bootcamp opens its doors to media professionals, innovators, entrepreneurs, and those interested in modern technologies, to participate in an integrated practical experience that combines training, mentoring, and hands-on development. The third edition includes three main tracks: AI-enhanced journalism, smart content production, and the intelligent virtual presenter, enabling participants to develop innovative media solutions and gain practical experience within multidisciplinary teams.

Enhancing Innovation and Integration with Vision 2030 In the same context, the Media Innovation Bootcamp is one of the qualitative initiatives of the Saudi Media Forum, aiming to support media innovation, empower national competencies, and enhance integration between media and technology, in line with the accelerating digital transformations. It also contributes to building a creative economy based on knowledge and innovation, and reflects the Kingdom's interest in strengthening the innovation ecosystem and investing in modern technologies and empowering national talents, in line with the goals of Vision 2030.

It is worth noting that the third edition of the bootcamp will be held in strategic partnership with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), and is expected to attract participants and experts from inside and outside the Kingdom, supporting the exchange of expertise, building partnerships, and launching innovative media projects that contribute to shaping the future of media.
