The Syrian Arab Republic condemned in the strongest terms the statements issued by the so-called military spokesman of the Houthi militia, which included false allegations and accusations against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in an attempt to distort its regional role and undermine efforts to enhance security and stability in the region.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, in a statement published today by the Syrian Arab News Agency, affirmed the full solidarity of the Syrian Arab Republic with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in facing these allegations, praising the positive and pivotal role that the Kingdom plays in consolidating regional security and peace, supporting political solutions to conflicts, and enhancing dialogue and cooperation among the countries of the region, serving the interests of their peoples and preserving their stability.
