Support and Implementation of the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen: Construction Work Continues at Sabha Hospital in Abyan Governorate

Work continues on the project to construct and equip Sabha Hospital in Abyan Governorate, implemented by the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, to enhance access to medical services and meet the needs of the local community in a mountainous region suffering from a lack of health services.

The hospital includes inpatient rooms, operating theaters, emergency rooms, specialized clinics and departments, in addition to being equipped with necessary medical devices and equipment; contributing to improving the quality of healthcare and raising the level of medical services in the region.

It is noteworthy that the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen has provided 300 development projects and initiatives, some of which have been implemented and others are under implementation, in eight basic sectors: education, health, transportation, water, energy, agriculture and fisheries, developmental programs, and development and capacity building of the government, across various Yemeni governorates.
