The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has launched an electronic service that enables visitors to the Grand Mosque to check the real-time density status of the Mataf and Mas'a, helping them choose the least crowded path and perform rituals smoothly.

The service displays live indicators of Mataf and Mas'a density with real-time updates, along with smart indicators that help users choose the least crowded paths, thereby enhancing crowd management efficiency and improving the quality of services provided to visitors of the Grand Mosque.

The authority invited those wishing to benefit from the service to access it via a QR code and take advantage of the updated information it provides to support smooth movement inside the Grand Mosque and contribute to improving the Tawaf and Sa'i experience.
