Makkah Al-Mukarramah, 3 Safar 1448 AH, corresponding to July 17, 2026 AD (SPA) - The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has launched an electronic service that enables visitors to the Grand Mosque to view the density of the Mataf (circumambulation area) and Sa'i (area between Safa and Marwah) in real time, helping them choose the least crowded path and perform their rituals smoothly. The service displays live indicators of Mataf and Sa'i density with real-time updates, along with smart indicators that help beneficiaries select less crowded paths, enhancing crowd management efficiency and improving the quality of services provided to visitors of the Grand Mosque. The authority invited those wishing to benefit from the service to access it via the QR code and take advantage of the updated information it provides to support smooth movement within the Grand Mosque and improve the experience of Tawaf and Sa'i.
