The Citizen Account program explained that a beneficiary who added a dependent on June 10 will have their eligibility studied within the August eligibility cycle.

The program confirmed that the beneficiary will be notified of the eligibility study result after meeting the conditions, by logging into their personal account and accessing the “Eligibility Study” service.

The Citizen Account noted that eligibility results are updated according to the program’s approved timeline, urging beneficiaries to regularly check their accounts to view their eligibility status and any updates.

The program also clarified that beneficiaries can use the estimated support calculator to find out the amount of support due through the following steps:

Log in to the program’s website.

Go to the estimated support calculator here.

Enter the number of dependents under 18 years old.

Enter the number of dependents over 18 years old.

Add the family’s monthly income, then press “Calculate”.

The estimated calculator shows the family’s monthly support amount, the exemption limit from reduction, and the income cutoff limit.

The Citizen Account also reminded that data is verified periodically, and the entitlement amount is disbursed based on data verified for each payment cycle.

Citizen Account Smartphone App:

Download the Citizen Account app from your smartphone’s app store, open the app and log in using your username and password, press “Inquire”, enter your national ID number, press “Search”, and your due payment amount along with the deposit date will appear.

Unified Contact Center: Call the unified contact center at 199090. Select Arabic language. Select “Citizen Account” service. Follow the voice instructions to access the payment amount inquiry service. A customer service representative will ask you to enter your national ID number and will inform you of your due payment amount and deposit date.
