Jordanian Army Announces Downing of Four Missiles Launched from Iran Toward the Kingdom
The Jordanian army announced it shot down four missiles launched from Iran toward the kingdom. Iran's Revolutionary Guard announced it targeted American military sites and bases in Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Iran's official IRNA news agency quoted the Revolutionary Guard in several statements claiming attacks targeting Prince Hassan Air Base in Jordan, a command center for American drones in Bahrain, and other air bases including Ali Al Salem base in Kuwait.
US military ends strikes
The US military announced the end of a new round of strikes against Iran, saying: We accurately struck dozens of targets in various Iranian locations. Al Arabiya channel quoted the US military via its account on platform X: We targeted air defense systems and Iranian coastal radar sites, and we also targeted missile, drone, and boat equipment. It added: The Strait of Hormuz is a vital sea lane for global trade, and Iran does not control it, and our forces are on alert and ready to ensure freedom of navigation.
