The General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army announced this morning that the armed forces confronted hostile aerial targets within Kuwaiti airspace.

The Kuwait News Agency reported in a statement from the Kuwaiti Chief of Staff that the sounds of explosions were the result of air defense systems intercepting hostile attacks, urging everyone to adhere to safety and security instructions issued by the competent authorities.
