The General Directorate of Civil Defense announced the lifting of danger for the governorates of Al-Kharj and Yanbu following the alert issued through the National Platform for Early Warning in Emergency Situations, confirming that conditions have returned to normal.

The Civil Defense had issued an alert in Al-Kharj Governorate warning of a potential danger, calling on citizens and residents to comply with official instructions and follow safety guidelines, including staying in safe places inside buildings, staying away from windows and open areas, avoiding gatherings or photography, as well as stopping safely on the side of the road when receiving the alert while driving.

The Civil Defense also stressed the importance of contacting emergency numbers upon noticing any danger, via 911 in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, or 998 in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.
