Jordan: Intercepting and Downing 3 Iranian Missiles, Fourth Falls in Remote Area
A responsible military source in the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army, stated that air defense systems intercepted and shot down 3 Iranian missiles out of 4 that targeted the Kingdom's territory, while the fourth missile fell in a remote area in the south of the Kingdom, far from populated areas.
The source explained, according to a statement from the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces on platform 'X', that the incident did not result in any human casualties or material damage, confirming that Royal Engineering Corps teams began dealing with the missile fall site and securing it according to the usual technical and security procedures.
The source affirmed that the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces continues to monitor the Kingdom's airspace with the highest state of readiness, and will deal firmly with any threat targeting the security of the Kingdom and the safety of its citizens.
