The Jordanian air defense systems intercepted and shot down three Iranian missiles out of four that targeted Jordanian territory, while the fourth missile fell in a remote area in southern Jordan far from populated areas. The General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces, according to the Jordan News Agency, explained that the incident did not result in any human casualties or material damage, confirming that Royal Engineering Corps teams began dealing with the missile fall site and secured it according to technical and security procedures in place. It stressed that the Jordanian Armed Forces continue to monitor the airspace with the highest readiness, and will firmly deal with any threat targeting the security of the Kingdom and the safety of its citizens.
