The Jordanian Armed Forces announced that air defense systems intercepted ten Iranian missiles that penetrated the airspace of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and were targeting its territory, as they were successfully intercepted and shot down.

The Armed Forces confirmed, according to the Jordan News Agency, that the missiles were handled in accordance with operational procedures and approved defensive measures.

It clarified that the interception and shooting down process did not result in any human injuries or material damage, noting that Royal Engineering Corps teams began their tasks immediately after the operation at the sites of falling shrapnel, and worked to handle and secure them in accordance with technical and security procedures.
