The General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army announced on Monday night that Kuwaiti air defenses are repelling Iranian rocket and drone attacks.

In a statement, it said: "Kuwaiti air defenses are currently repelling hostile rocket and drone attacks following the sinful Iranian aggression."

The General Staff of the Army noted that "any sounds of explosions heard are the result of air defense systems intercepting the hostile attacks."

It added: "Everyone is requested to adhere to the safety and security instructions issued by the competent authorities."
