The official spokesman for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense, Colonel Saud Al-Otaibi, announced that the Al-Abdali border crossing was attacked by hostile drones, resulting in material damage but no human casualties.

Al-Otaibi said in a statement issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense, published by the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), that the relevant teams immediately began dealing with the incident and taking necessary measures to secure the site in coordination with the relevant authorities.

He added that inspection and bomb disposal teams from the ground forces continued scanning, securing, and removing drone debris in accordance with approved technical procedures 'to ensure the site's safety and freedom from any risks.'

The statement affirmed that the Kuwaiti Armed Forces continue 'to perform their tasks and duties with high efficiency' as part of continuous readiness and constant preparedness to protect Kuwait's borders and maintain its security and stability.
