The Kuwaiti Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy announced that several electrical power and water desalination stations were attacked yesterday for the fourth consecutive day as a result of 'the sinful Iranian aggression that the State of Kuwait is subjected to.'

The ministry said in a statement on Tuesday that the attack resulted in fires breaking out in a number of facilities of those stations, noting that the ministry's emergency teams, in coordination with the General Fire Force and security authorities, immediately dealt with the incidents, controlled the fires and extinguished them.

In parallel, the statement stated that the damage resulting from the attacks was assessed, as the teams implement plans to repair the damage and rehabilitate the facilities, noting that a number of generation units were taken out of service according to the precautionary operational procedures followed, and to ensure the safety of equipment and the stability of the electrical and water systems.

The attack on the electrical power stations came two days after Iran targeted energy facilities in Kuwait, as the Kuwaiti Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy announced that the electrical power and water desalination station was attacked for the second time within two days as a result of 'the sinful Iranian aggression' that the State of Kuwait is subjected to, causing a fire to break out in some of the station's facilities, according to a Kuwaiti statement.
