Lebanon Condemns Attacks on Gulf States and Jordan

Beirut, July 14 (QNA) - Lebanon condemned the repeated attacks targeting Gulf states and Jordan, the latest of which were the two attacks that targeted Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

Army Commander Joseph Aoun said in a statement from the Lebanese presidency, "These hostile acts are overt and multi-source attempts, targeting not only the security and sovereignty of Saudi Arabia and the targeted states, but also systematically seeking to undermine the stability of the Arabian Gulf region and keep the entire region in a constant state of tension and anxiety, serving schemes that do not wish well for our Arab peoples."

Aoun expressed his country's solidarity with all Arab Gulf states and Jordan, stressing that the security and stability of these countries are an integral part of Arab national security.
