The joint field campaigns to monitor and apprehend violators of residency, work, and border security regulations, conducted across all regions of the Kingdom from 28/10/1447 AH corresponding to 16/04/2026 to 05/11/1447 AH corresponding to 22/04/2026, yielded the following results:

First: The total number of violators apprehended in the joint security field campaigns across all regions of the Kingdom reached (12,192), including (6,606) violators of the residency system, (3,510) violators of the border security system, and (2,076) violators of the labor system.

Second: The total number of individuals apprehended while attempting to cross the border into the Kingdom reached (1,454) people, of whom (32%) were Yemeni nationals, (67%) Ethiopian nationals, and other nationalities (1%). Additionally, (50) individuals were arrested for attempting to cross the border out of the Kingdom illegally.

Third: (22) individuals were arrested for involvement in transporting, harboring, employing, and shielding violators of residency, work, and border security regulations.

Fourth: The total number currently undergoing regulatory enforcement procedures reached (33,223) violator expatriates, including (30,666) men and (2,557) women.

Fifth: (20,318) violators were referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, (6,299) violators were referred to complete their travel bookings, and (17,368) violators were deported.

The Ministry of Interior emphasized that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of the border security system into the Kingdom, transports them within it, provides them shelter, or offers them any assistance or service in any form, exposes themselves to penalties of up to 15 years imprisonment, a fine of up to one million riyals, confiscation of the vehicle and housing used for shelter, in addition to public shaming. It stated that this crime is considered a major offense warranting arrest and is a crime against honor and trust, urging reporting of any violations via phone number (911) in the regions of Mecca, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and (999) and (996) in other regions of the Kingdom.
