Early Tuesday, the Iranian army announced that it had targeted a US base in Kuwait with missiles, while Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that his country is engaged in a full-scale war with the United States.
The official Iranian news agency (IRNA) quoted public relations officials of the Iranian army as saying that the army's ground forces targeted with surface-to-surface missiles HIMARS missile systems belonging to the US Army stationed at Arifjan base in Kuwait.

Missile attacks on Kuwait
Earlier, the General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army announced that air defenses are currently confronting Iranian missile and drone attacks. The General Staff clarified in a statement that any sounds of explosions heard are the result of air defense systems intercepting hostile attacks, calling on everyone to comply with security and safety instructions issued by the competent authorities.
