Occupation forces encroach in the vicinity of Al-Samadaniya al-Sharqiya in the Syrian Quneitra countryside
Israeli occupation forces encroached today, Saturday, in the vicinity of the village of Al-Samadaniya al-Sharqiya in the northern countryside of Quneitra, Syria.
A correspondent for SANA agency in Quneitra reported that an occupation force consisting of three military vehicles encroached in the vicinity of the village and set up a temporary checkpoint at the Al-Samadaniya al-Sharqiya junction, where they searched passersby before withdrawing from the area.
Earlier, after midnight last night, an Israeli occupation force consisting of more than 15 military vehicles encroached into the village of Al-Asha in the southern countryside of Quneitra, searched a house and a feed warehouse, and then withdrew from the area.
Israel continues to violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through its encroachments in southern Syria and attacks on civilians, including raids, arrests, land leveling, and shelling.
Syria continues to demand the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation from its territory, stressing that all measures taken by it are null and void and have no legal effect under international law. It also calls on the international community to assume its responsibilities, halt the occupation's practices, and compel it to fully withdraw from southern Syria.
