The Saudi Electronic University, represented by the Institute of Research and Studies, launched registration for the 'Cybersecurity Law Specialist' program from July 14 to August 14, 2026. This step aims to qualify national talents with legal and regulatory knowledge related to cybersecurity and enhance their readiness to keep pace with legislative developments and governance and compliance requirements. The program is offered remotely, combining specialized lectures and self-learning, enhancing learning flexibility and meeting the needs of target groups, including executive leaders, cybersecurity personnel, lawyers and consultants, as well as specialists in governance, compliance, and risk management.

The program covers several specialized topics, including the national legislative framework for cybersecurity, compliance governance according to national controls, digital investigations and legal aspects of cyber cases, technical contract drafting, and legal writing of memos, policies, and reports.

The program is part of the Saudi Electronic University's efforts to offer specialized professional programs that contribute to developing national capabilities and supporting the building of qualified competencies to meet the requirements of the labor market in the rapidly evolving digital and technical fields.
