Vehicles Still Registered Under Seller's Name: How to Handle Violations
Saudi Traffic has clarified the procedures to be followed if a vehicle remains registered under the name of its previous owner despite being sold years ago.
This came in response to a query from a beneficiary regarding vehicles he sold more than 12 years ago that are still registered under his name, noting that one of those vehicles had a traffic violation recorded against it.
