Syria Condemns Houthi Militia Statements toward Saudi Arabia

The Syrian Arab Republic strongly condemns the statements issued by the so-called military spokesperson of the Houthi militia, which contained false allegations and accusations against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in an attempt to distort its regional role and undermine efforts aimed at enhancing security and stability in the region.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirmed in a statement published by the Syrian Arab News Agency today the full solidarity of the Syrian Arab Republic with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the face of these allegations, praising the positive and pivotal role undertaken by the Kingdom in consolidating regional security and peace, supporting political solutions to conflicts, and promoting dialogue and cooperation among the countries of the region, in a way that serves the interests of their peoples and preserves their stability.
