Israel continues to violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through its incursions into southern Syria and assaults on citizens, including raids, arrests, land levelling, and shelling.

SANA wrote that Syria continuously demands the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation from its territories, affirming that all measures taken by it are null and void and have no legal effect under international law, and calls on the international community to assume its responsibilities and compel Israel to fully withdraw from southern Syria."); googletag.cmd.push(function() { onDvtagReady(function () { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-3341368-4'); }); }); }
