The General Directorate of Traffic warned against the danger of a driver using any handheld device while driving a vehicle, as this constitutes a traffic violation.

The Traffic Department, via its account on the X platform, explained that the fine for this violation ranges between 500 and 900 riyals.

The General Directorate of Traffic called on all vehicle drivers to comply with traffic rules and regulations, avoid dangerous behaviors while driving, to ensure their safety and the safety of others, and to contribute to enhancing road traffic safety.
