Saudi club Al-Ahli has decided to sacrifice a new foreign player before the start of the upcoming season 2026-2027, after only one season since signing him.

Al-Ahli had previously announced the departure of two foreign stars from its ranks: Ivorian midfielder Franck Kessié and Algerian winger Riyad Mahrez, after they spent three years at the club.

Saudi newspaper 'Arriyadiyah' reported that Al-Ahli (nicknamed 'Al-Raqi') decided to sacrifice a third foreign player, French midfielder Enzo Millot, with sports director Roy Pedro looking for a suitable offer to sell or loan him.

Millot joined Al-Ahli during the last summer transfer window from German club Stuttgart. He started the season very strongly, but his performance declined in the recent period.

According to the same newspaper, Al-Ahli has already started searching for a new midfielder to compensate for Millot's departure, should a suitable offer arrive in the coming days.

Al-Ahli has already signed two players who can play in midfield, especially offensively: Armenian Eduard Spertsyan and Portuguese Francisco Trincão.

It is worth noting that Millot participated with Al-Ahli in 40 matches across various competitions last season, managing to score 9 goals and provide 7 assists.
