Al-Hilal announces successful surgery for Salem Al-Dawsari.

Saudi Al-Hilal Club announced that Salem Al-Dawsari, the captain of the first football team, underwent successful knee surgery.

The club said via its account on platform 'X' that Al-Dawsari underwent surgery on the site of his patellar tendon injury, on Tuesday morning in Finland, under the supervision of specialist Dr. Lempainen.

Al-Hilal explained that Salem Al-Dawsari is scheduled to begin his treatment and rehabilitation program at one of the specialized medical centers under the supervision of the team's medical staff.

Salem Al-Dawsari (34 years old) recently concluded his participation with the Green in the World Cup finals, where the national team failed to advance past the group stage, settling for two points in fourth place, on goal difference behind third-placed Uruguay.

Al-Dawsari played 26 matches last season with Al-Hilal, scoring 8 goals and providing 10 assists.
