Summer Window Opens.. 14 Deals Completed
It was announced that 14 deals have been completed in the Saudi Roshn League, before the summer transfer window officially opens on Wednesday. Al-Ahli first football team is the most active on the external transfers front so far, having secured 3 notable deals before the window, which lasts until Sunday, September 6, 2026. Al-Ahli signed Portuguese Francisco Trincão from Sporting Lisbon, Armenian Eduard Spertsyan from Russian Krasnodar, and Norwegian Abubakr Kinteh from Norwegian Tromsø. Al-Ittihad bought the contract of Belgian Jan Carlo Simić from Anderlecht on a permanent basis, and activated the buy option for Stefan Keller from Cypriot Limassol. Al-Hilal brought back their goalkeeper Mohammed Al-Owais from Al-Ula, and signed Mohammed Al-Sarnoukh and Abdullah Al-Anzi from Al-Fateh, Sabri Dahl from Al-Fayha, and Nawaf Al-Habashi from Al-Hazm, while Mohammed Al-Qahtani moved to Al-Qadsiah. Copa da Costa arrived from Spanish Getafe to Al-Khulood, Abdulrahman Hindi from Al-Orobah to Al-Taawoun, and Younes Al-Bahrawi from Moroccan Nahdat Berkane to Al-Taawoun.
