During the transfer period, especially the summer, competition intensifies among clubs to bring in stars who serve each club's journey in the new season. Each club, according to its budget, brings in stars based on need, and this is the most important factor. It does not mean that major or even minor changes in any team's structure are necessary as long as there is no need for them. Not all technical opinions are necessarily correct, and fan demands are not a measure for change as long as the team's technical management disagrees on this aspect. It is the right of club fans to pressure, and it is the right of club administrations to remain silent and work according to available budgets and needs. It is illogical for the opinions of those outside the system to be correct and more accurate than the people who live inside that system and have sufficient authority.
In Al-Nassr specifically, you feel that its fans and some of its media deliberately pressure for change during every transfer period, even if that change is unjustified. Consequently, this pressure has an adverse effect on some stars. There are many stories in this regard, but the most prominent is the story of Abdul Ilah Al-Omari last summer with Al-Nassr's fans and the extent of demands to let him go. What if Abdul Ilah Al-Omari had not found support from the team's coach Jesús, who insisted on him and believed in his talent and level? Al-Nassr would have lost one of the team's most important stars, who played a prominent role in winning the Roshan League. Therefore, it is important for the fans to understand their role and handle technical situations according to the technical vision of the team's coaching staff, and the same applies to administrative work. I do not believe that the clubs owned by the Public Investment Fund are in difficult financial situations; that idea is beyond logic. However, attempts by some influencers on social media to portray this make the fans live in a state of anxiety over the team and may disrupt the preparation and readiness for the new season. It is better for the fans to wait until the work is complete and then pass judgment, but preemptive judgments undoubtedly have negative results and may cause the abandonment of previous gains for the sake of change and the search for what they perceive as better!
Stay well,,
