Moroccan press reports have revealed that Fouzi Lekjaa, the Minister Delegate for Budget and president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, is preparing to take a new step in his career by officially joining the Authenticity and Modernity Party, weeks before the upcoming legislative elections.

According to sources from le360 network, the official announcement of Lekjaa's membership is expected to be made during the national council meeting of the Authenticity and Modernity Party next Saturday, after months of rumors regarding his potential joining.

The report explained that Lekjaa's joining the national council will automatically pave the way for his entry into the political bureau of the Authenticity and Modernity Party, as a member of the government, according to the party's bylaws, making him part of the highest executive body within the party.
